Prices

Prices are inclusive of GST. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices without notice. Prices mentioned on our site are in INR (Indian National Rupee). Prices does not include any State Entry Taxes, Octroi, these charges have to be borne by the buyer.

Modifications

Dentpulp.com may any time modify this terms and conditions and your continued use of this portal will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

Refund and cancellation

The Refund/Cancellation policy is available for review at Refund/Cancellation policy, and you agree that you have read the Refund/Cancellation policy and that the terms of such policy are reasonable and are acceptable to you. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. All Returns are subject to approval and restocking charges of 10%.

Shipping & Delivery policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

We have the right to cancel your order before shipping products.

Delivery Period is within 24 hours to 15 days after the receipt of order (depending on the product availability). Any delay beyond this shall be informed to the customer beforehand. Dentpulp.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the what is mentioned in the order details.

Dentpulp.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Your Purchases/Orders

We have the right to cancel your order before shipping products.

The Products can be purchased through the Website through various methods of payments offered such as online payment through Paytm Wallet, Bank Transfer through NEFT/Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery and Online Payments through credit card/debit card/ card-based EMI/ Net Banking.

The sale/purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies like Cancellation and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Payments Policy, etc., and all of which are incorporated here by reference. In addition, these Terms and policies may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed on the webpage of that Product.

You acknowledge and undertake that you are wholly responsible for your decision to buy any product/products after your own analysis, judgement and thereafter transaction done by you on this website. dentpulp.com website/app takes no responsibility of the usage, implementation, and result/outcome of the products. It is entirely buyer’s/user’s responsibility to choose and decide the right product. If you are making a purchase on someone else’s behalf, you agree and bound the account holder to all the terms and conditions of Dentpulp.com website/app.

In case of any violation of the terms and conditions, dentpulp.com website/app reserves the right to refuse further use of services or even terminate account without any prior notice.

Entitlement to the goods remains with dentpulp.com website/app until you have paid for them. Entitlement will pass to you once the goods are paid in full and all payments have been cleared by a relevant banking process.

Dentpulp.com website/app reserves the right to not allow any changes to the order after the order has been accepted/placed. We will not be responsible for any transactions done by mistake due to any internet issue at customer’s end.

Limitation of liability

Dentpulp.com may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this portal or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. International Orders

International orders must be made online. User is requested to send the list via email to us.

Company reserves the right to withdraw or/and change the schemes & offers without notice. Any items sold under Offers & schemes cannot be taken back under any circumstances. Items under Special Offer & Schemes are available till Stocks lasts.
